  • We currently serve Thunder Bay within 15km of city centre and surrounding areas.

    Delivery outside city limits may be available for an additional fee, just reach out and we’ll confirm!

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and summer dates.

    That said, if you’re planning something last-minute, reach out! If we have availability, we’ll make it happen.

  • A deposit (or full payment, depending on the booking) is required to reserve your date.

    Bookings are first come, first served.

  • We understand plans can change.

    Cancel within 72 hours and get a 100% refund of the total rental fee.

    Cancel within less than 72 hours and we keep 50% of your rental fee.

  • Yes! Delivery, setup, and pickup are included in most rentals so you can focus on enjoying your event.

  • Ideally yes, or have someone available to show us the space and confirm setup details.

  • Pickup is arranged in advance based on your event timing, usually later that evening or the next day.

  • Yes, a damage deposit is required.

    This is fully refundable as long as equipment is returned in good condition.

  • We understand accidents happen. Minor wear is expected, but significant damage, broken or missing items may result in repair or replacement charges.

Pop Up Karaoke FAQs

  • All you need is:

    • Additional extension cord may be needed or handy

  • You’ll receive a clean, styled mobile cart ready for your event.

  • At this time, we offer cart rentals only, you supply the food, drinks, and creativity!

    We can also guide you in the right direction with some suggestions and recommend local vendors/products to help your idea come to life.
