Pop Up Party Co. was inspired by something simple: the joy of getting people together.

As a sister company to Sociable Solutions, a marketing and events company in Thunder Bay founded by Brook Dallaire, we’ve spent years helping people plan and celebrate meaningful moments. Along the way, one thing became clear… people don’t need more stuff to throw a great party…they just need the right pieces to make it easy, fun, and memorable.

That’s where Pop Up Party Co. comes in.

We created this business to take the pressure out of hosting. Because let’s be honest, throwing a party can get expensive fast, especially when you’re buying things you’ll only use once. But whether you’re celebrating someone special, gathering friends and family, or just looking for something fun and different to do… those moments matter.

And they shouldn’t be complicated.

From mobile party carts and yard games to karaoke nights that bring out everyone’s fun side, our goal is to help you create an experience that gets people laughing, connecting, and making memories, without the stress.

Where It All Started

For Brook, this idea is personal.

She grew up in a big family where getting together was just what you did. Whether it was themed parties or casual weekends, there was always food, always games, and always a reason to laugh. It was something passed down from her mom and grandma, creating spaces where people could relax, have fun, and simply enjoy being together.
